Last month I posted about yet another brand that asked Karl Lagerfeld to lend his magic touch to their products – S.T. Dupont. Today, WWD posted sketches of the pen he designed – and from what I can make out – the distinctive feature will be the color. Lagerfeld is said to use Shu Uemera cosmetics for his Chanel sketches, but to realize the lacquer of the S.T. Dupont pen in the sketch he used nail varnish. Tomorrow night Lagerfeld is unveiling his S.T. Dupont pens and lighters at a cocktail party he is hosting at 7L, his book shop and photo studio.
