Carine Roitfeld and Karl Lagerfeld are unstoppable.  Just yesterday I posted about their collaboration for the Chanel Spring-Summer 2012 ad campaign and now they are working together on a book celebrating the iconic Chanel bouclé tweed jacket.  The book is a celebration of one jacket worn by many beautiful women styled by Carine Roitfeld and photgraphed by Karl Lagerfeld.  The book is still in production but V Magazine previewed five images featuring the Dakota Fanning, Elle Fanning, Charlotte Casiraghi, Saskia De Brauw and Daphne Groeneveld.
